Can UK agents sell in Ireland?

 To sell air tickets or packages in the UK InteleTravel needs to hold an ATOL license for consumer protection; we are also ABTA members and have bonding in place for the sale of non-air packages. Ireland requires all air and packages to be licensed by the Commission for Aviation Regulation (CAR), InteleTravel UK Ltd is licensed by CAR, we are displayed on their register and we have insolvency protection in place.

Therefore, a UK agent MAY sell to residents in Ireland.
