Can UK and Ireland Agents sell in overseas territories?

Agents can only sell within their own geographical sales territory. Many suppliers have different fares in each country, different rules that are country-specific and have contracts in place which legally set out the terms of business. Countries too will vary in their laws and each country must respect the rules of engagement. Selling in overseas territories would be viewed as a violation of our supplier contract, the ITA contract- and raise concerns with the relevant regulators.

The only exception to the rule would be if you have a permanent UK residency, but spend some time overseas ( such as Summer months etc).
