I did not pass security for my flight or hotel, why?

 The error message you received indicates that the name on the credit card did not match the name of the lead passenger. Please ensure that the credit card being used to purchase the air tickets matches exactly the name of the lead passenger being booked for the flight. If it still does not work – check to see if you are using a debit card. If so, many suppliers don’t accept debit cards because there’s no line of credit it’s just what’s on the card.
