Can my customers come back and find their itineraries and bookings?
For now, they simply contact the Travel Partner (hotel, cruise line, vacation company, etc.) listed on their e-mail confirmation either by telephone or through the Travel Partner’s own website. Confirmation numbers and other details on this form usually give access to Travel Partners’ online itineraries and possible even additional travel options (shore excursions, seat selection, etc.).
