How can I set up a payment plan?

  Payment plans for cruises and vacation packages are determined by the cruise lines and package suppliers and are based on how far in advance the trip is booked, the total price of the booking, etc. Most suppliers allow you to pay a deposit at the time of booking, then you can pay the rest in designated installments.

How do I book Expedia TAPP?

Can I book a package in our booking engine?

  Through our booking engine air, hotel, and car are done individually. When you need to book a vacation package you can do it through Funjet via VAX. Let me know if you need to be registered for VAX.

Can I book Sandals or Beaches?

  We have suspended our partnership with Sandals & Beaches resorts as of Monday, December 21, 2015. We will let you know as soon as there are any changes to this.   Southwest Airlines can be booked as part of a land/air package through Southwest Vacations and Funjet Vacations on VAXVacationAccess.com. However, air-only bookings with Southwest Airlines are not commissionable at this time.

I did not pass security for my flight or hotel, why?

  The error message you received indicates that the name on the credit card did not match the name of the lead passenger. Please ensure that the credit card being used to purchase the air tickets matches exactly the name of the lead passenger being booked for the flight. If it still does not work – check to see if you are using a debit card. If so, many suppliers don’t accept debit cards because there’s no line of credit it’s just what’s on the card.

Why don’t we have payment plan/reduced deposit rates with Southwest airlines?

  Our Business Development Manager with Mark Travel has advised that the payment plan option (which includes the reduced deposit) is rarely offered for host agencies due to confusion that it can cause over certain policies involved with the reduced deposit. However, should our agency sales increase with Southwest Vacations, it is an option she can look into opening up for us.

How do I get a price match?

  We do not offer price matching but we do offer a best travel price guarantee if you are unable to find the same or lower price for your clients through options that are commissionable to you and InteleTravel. For your client’s travel request, we recommend comparing fares through our website’s booking engine, and [try to find at least 1-2 suppliers that you can recommend to the agent for their specific destination/trip request. Why can’t my customers see my vacation tab?

  Please be advised that the Vacation tab is only located in your agent back office; it is not available on your public personalized website. The reasoning for this is that vacations are not fully bookable online; many require using the supplier’s website directly or calling the supplier. With that in mind, the agent must make the booking in order to earn the commission – otherwise, the client would be calling the supplier as a standard consumer and commission would not be applicable.

Can you book travel for me?

  InteleTravel does not directly provide or obtain quotes for travel. Any travel booked through InteleTravel.com must be booked by you directly. InteleTravel has a booking engine located in your agent back office for these purposes. Additionally, you may contact the supplier directly and provide the agency information you listed below; from there, the representative will be more than happy to assist.

Can I be a ski specialist?

  Yes, there is a Ski Travel Specialist course. You can go to www.travelagentuniversity.com and log in there and take the course. It is under the "Club Med Ski Specialist" program.

Can I use PINSIGHT?

  InteleTravel does not utilize pinSIGHT and Vacation.com’s other air and hotel booking engines since we offer our own hotel and air booking engines. Also, Vacation.com’s hotel and air engines are third party programs and bookings made through them do not appear as InteleTravel.com sales, but as TravelLeaders/Tzell/Nexion sales (competitors of ours).
